I am a London
based Graphic
Designer who
has worked for
the past seven
and a half years
for a book publishing
house in Twickenham.
My work includes
book cover design,
illustrations
for fantasy
and children's
books as well
as some more
technical map
and diagram
design. However,
cover design
is my primary
field of expertise.
I love the artistic
challenge of
conveying the
narrative or
subject matter
of a book in
a single eye-catching
design. In 2006
I moved into
the senior design
role with the
company, hiring
staff, managing
the design department
workflow and
determining
what briefs
are to be handed
to out-of-house
personnel. Despite
these extra
responsibilities,
I still managed
to be an active
designer and
particularly
enjoy working
on fiction titles.
Due
to the large
number of projects
I have worked
on for the company,
the 'Published
Work' section
of the website
has been split
into subcategories
to aid easy
navigation.
I
graduated with
a BA Hons in
Graphic Design
in the class
of 2002 at Coventry
University.
